Shipping Information  

•If you specify either Post Office Box or APO Box, we reserve the right to adjust your shipping/handling accordingly.

•If you request Federal Express or DHL other Freight Collect, we require the toll free phone number of the freight company to call for the pick-up and we still charge the minimum shipping/handling fee of $10 - $25.00 for domestic collect service and up to $25.00 to $50.00 for collect Export Service. (Collect Service needs the order to be placed before 10 am EST.)

•We can NOT ship UPS Collect.

•UPS now charges for refused or undelivered return service.  You are now responsible for these return charges processed as UPS Back Charges. You are also responsible for 15% restocking fees or a minimum $10.00 restocking charge.

•We prefer to always ship to Commercial Addresses but will ship Residentially also. Home offices or Commercially located properties in the middle of residential areas DO NOT QUALIFY as Commercial via UPS. (For example Churches are Considered Residential as they are mostly located in Residential Areas) UPS is not responsible for certain delays. Please See UPS Info.

•We automatically adjust your order and charge correctly if incorrectly added/calculated or if you used the wrong price tier or if shipping/handling and surcharges have been omitted or incorrectly calculated.

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES SURCHARGES & FUEL SURCHARGES

•Ups now has Fuel Surcharges and "extended area surcharges" for both commercial and residential addresses which are $2.00 to $3.00 per box for commercial deliveries and $5.95 per box for Residential. We reserve the right to adjust for this. You must contact the office if you must have a firm total to process. There is no way to know this till your information is given to the UPS computer.

UPS Commercial "Extended Area Surcharges" & Fuel Surcharges

•UPS now charges for Extended Commercial Deliveries. We charge $3.00 per box to cover their surcharges and other fees to us. We reserve the right to add this to your order. See UPS for the list of zip codes or email the office with your city/ state/ zip code to confirm the surcharges.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COMPANIES ERRORS OR DELAYS

•Our Company is not responsible for delays/losses of merchandise in transit. We require a minimum of 60 days to issue credits which allow for time for tracers and time for insurance claims to be processed and refunded to us on your behalf. Please Contact UPS.

•Residential Deliveries via UPS now have substantial increases in rates and some extended area delivery surcharges.  We reserve the right to ship the most economical way unless the order authorizes us to charge accordingly for the requested service.
